"Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them and you will have them" (Mark 11:24).

God is one not only to hear and answer your prayer but also one to give a sweet promise to answer the prayer and to make a covenant with you in this regard.

George Muller, a pious man, was a challenge to the whole world as he nurtured and developed more than two thousand orphan children into believers and ones who pray. But many people did not know the sad part of his life. In his youth days, his wicked life pattern had robbed his heath totally. His legs were so weak that he was unable to stand even for a little time and the nervous disorder made him suffer greatly.

After getting nearer to Christ and after getting saved, one day he attended a small gathering for prayer. There he listened to the Scripture verse vide Mark 11:24 which says, "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them and you will have them". This verse touched his heart deeply and it pounced into his heart like fire.

At once he placed his hand on this verse and cried to God saying, "God, I believe your Word. Heal my bones, nerves and flesh. I believe you and your promises." God who noticed his faith healed him immediately.

From that day onwards he dedicated himself to obey the Word of God. He turned into a great warrior of faith. God, who answered yes and in Him Amen to George Muller's more than ten thousand prayer requests, will also answer to every prayer of yours.

Dear children of God, God has repeatedly said: "I will answer your prayer" in the Scripture. When you hold His promises firmly and pray, you will definitely receive the answers. God has promised "He shall call upon me and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honour him" (Psalm 91:15).

To meditate: "Call to me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know" (Jeremiah 33:3).
