“I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God and they shall be my people” (II Corinthians 6:16).

God is one who dwells in you. When He dwells in you, how great would His presence be! If He stays within you, His presence will be in full.

The pregnant women will always experience the feel of carrying the fetus in the womb. They will be saying that all of a sudden the child shakes its hands and sometime later its legs. On the whole, they will always be with the thought of the child.

Similar to this, you should also always feel the presence of God dwelling within you. While the heaven and the heaven of heavens could contain Him, is it not wonderful that He willed to dwell in you? The Scripture says, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men and He will dwell with them” (Revelation 21:3). God who is greater than the temple likes to make you a temple and dwell within the same. Is not He who is in you greater than he who is in the world? (I John 4:4)

We read in the 23rd chapter of the book of Numbers that when Balaam saw the divine people of Israel he told that the shout of the king is within them and they have the strength of a wild ox (Numbers 23:21).

Dear children of God, does God dwell in you? If the answer is 'yes', do you feel it? Are you making God who dwells in you, ever joyous? If Christ is within you, preserve Him as a precious treasure. Never sadden Him.

Jesus said, "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things" (Mathew 12:35). The good treasure in the heart of a good man is Jesus Christ. For the whole of his lifetime, he reflects Christ the good treasure to others. “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Luke 12:34).

Dear children of God, share Christ who dwells in you with others. When you proclaim about Christ, He will also come into the hearts of those who listen to you. There is no greater blessing to a person than Christ entering his life. Above all the blessings you seek, the greatest one is to seek Him to dwell in you.

To meditate: “To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” (Colossians 1:27).
